I Have Anxiety....now what?

Everyone experiences anxiety at some point in their life. I mean kids and adults a like can experience it and for some people they experience it more often or stronger.

Kidshealth.org is a very good resource. They have tips on things to do if you feel anxious any where from get enough sleep, nourishment, and exercise to connecting with others and nature. These techniques that they have posted could help adults also, so don't shy away from this website just because its called Kidshealth. Take a look at it, but it is a good resource for if you are raising a child with anxiety also.

^--- this is a very good resource also. They talk about what anxiety is, the problems it can cause if it gets extreme, different ways it can be treated and so on. It just has a lot of good information if you choose to explore it.

^-- this link is probably one of my favorites. It is a nonprofit organization that covers so much information on anxiety and anxiety disorders. They have a bunch of stuff on other mental disorders or family issues in the home so its not a website only for anxiety but the information on anxiety is outstanding.
